In 1989, Paul and Sue Chadha, accompanied by their daughter Noble and son-in-law Vik, made the momentous move from India to the United States, carrying with them a dream and little else. Paul's journey in the construction and remodeling industry began in the mid-1990s when he started as a real estate agent. Driven by an unyielding work ethic, he soon transitioned into the challenging world of developing real estate communities in Bellingham, Washington.

The turning point arrived in 2015, when Noble and Vik became integral parts of the family enterprise, aligning themselves with Keller Williams. Their mission was clear: to uphold Paul's legacy and inject fresh vigor into the construction and remodeling sector of the real estate industry. As a united team, they've steered the company to remarkable achievements, excelling in numerous projects across the Pacific Northwest.

Vik, in particular, has become a prominent presence in the business, specializing in every aspect of construction and remodeling. His hands-on craftsmanship extends to creating custom pieces that add a distinctive flair to their projects.
